Give us this day our daily bread.
Thank= God for your health, job, the necessities of life.
And forgive us our trespasses,

Confess your sins and ask God to forgive them.
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
Ask G= od to helps us have the strength to forgive those who have hurt or disappointed u= s.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
Help = us to resist those things which we should avoid and the temptations of life, and = keep us safe from harm.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
for ever and ever.
